Obtain information of the other persons involved- name, address, telephone number,
Get the insurance information of the other driver- name of company and policy number.
Get the names, addresses and telephone numbers of any witnesses.
Take pictures of the accident using a camera phone or digital camera.
Visit your Doctor if you think you may have suffered an injury, which may not always be apparent at the time of the accident.
DON’T
Make any statements about the accident or admit liability at the scene of the accident
Leave the scene until you have obtained all information in respect of the other driver and witnesses and Police etc.
